Serious Question To The Floyd Haterz!

Do you think Floyd is a coward who is scared to fight the Big WW's or do you think he is a man who is just consumed with his 0 in the loss column? I dont think either but I know you guys do so which one is it?

Im asking this because I just saw an older Arum interview that he had right after the Cotto-Clottey fight. It was interesting to me because of what he said about Floyd. He said that he doesnt think Floyd or any fighter is really a coward. He said he doesnt beleive that Floyd is scared of Cotto, Margarito, and so on. He said he just thinks that Floyd is consumed by the 0 in the loss column. He said Floyd's whole life revolves around that and thats all he talks about now. He said just the thought of him losing at this point is a risk that he cant take. He said that its to the point where now that all he cares about is being undefeated and he doesnt care if that means fighting Calderon next.

Arum is usually just talking smack about Floyd and he was here too but you could tell that he genuinely felt this in a non smack talk way. Like he genuinely feels that Floyd isnt scared at all of Cotto & Margarito but Floyd is scared of the thought that he could lose to them and he just doesnt want to not be undefeated anymore because the record is bigger then him at this point. Does that make sense to you? He didnt got out his way to say it either and he wasnt really truly dissin Floyd or going after him at the time. He really didnt even want to talk much but they asked him and he gave his honest thoughts

Of course he's consumed with his '0'. Who wouldn't be?...

Lets face it man, Floyd is a smart guy! he's put himself in a position where he can fight who ever the **** he wants. Everyone wants a piece of Floyd because Floyd is where the money is at. Floyd will pick big names, but big names that dont really have a chance of winning.

IMO floyd is scared of the bigger WWs, cuz they have the best chance of taking floyd's precious 0 away from him.

if floyd loses, his stock goes down. He wont get so much of the purse, not as many ppv buys, etc.

I think it would kill him to lose his 0 losses but I don't think he ever ducks people. He just doesn't always do things people want

I am not a Floyd hater. But, I agree with Arum. IMO that '0' is the be all and end all for Floyd. IMO he thinks if he stays undefeated he would go down as the G.O.A.T. Even if he dosen't take any risks. Is like this if he fights whoever next and losses. A lot of fans would say Ha, I told you he is overrated and this and that. Wrongly diminishing everything Floyd accomplised at 130 and 135. But, he takes safe fights and keeps winning by fighting fighters who can't beat him. And, look amazing and winning every single round. Floyd and his fans. Would say oh my god. He is the best and all the nonsense you hear now.

Floyd is a very smart person. And, I think Floyd learned from all the undefeated fighters from the passed. Who were considered ATG. And, then when they lose. Fans uses the word expose and overrated. For examples. I remember a lot of fans saying Barrera was the next Chavez. But, when he lossed to Junior Jones. He was nothing but a brawler. My favorite fighter of all time Trinidad. Especially after the Joppy fight. His fans was saying he could beat RJ. I remember me talking to fans and they saying he was better than Sugar Ray Robinson. But, when he lossed to Hopkins all that talks died down. Sugar Shane Mosley. I remember people were Oscar was ATG when he was undefeated. Now most fans say he is overrated. Fighters like Cotto was a monster when he undefeated and he lossed. And, now fans question if he can even beat Pac. But, if Cotto was still undefeated he would be a huge favorite over Pac. Look all the hype Pavlik got. But, when he lossed what happened. When Tyson was the baddest man on the planet. There was always talks prime for prime who would win Tyson-Ali. After Buster Douglas fight nobody really kept askin that question.

So to answer your question he is not scared of any fighter. But, yes he is scared of lossing that 0

My honest opinion is that Floyd has never really ducked anybody...there are legit reasons why he fought this fighter instead of that fighter...the only question mark I can see people having q point about is with Margo...but why would you ignore the man with the belt? He said he wanted the belt...so he made the fight with zab...but zab lost it...so he beat zab and baldo just so no questions could come up...but after that...Oscar came calling...would you fight Margo if Oscar is standing there offering you $25M? By the time all of that blew over...Margo lost to Paul Williams...but Ricky wanted a piece...again...I ask you...who would you rather fight?

Plus people want to bring up castillo...ok...it was contraversial...so what did Floyd do? Ran it right back so all questions could be answered...and he definitely answered them second time around...

As far as arum...he's full of ****...he knows damn well that Floyd was not scared of cotto in 06...he spanked the **** out of bruseles...cotto could have had next but he was already being groomed for bigger things...

Floyd is consumed by his 0. He has the talent to have been top 10 greatest ever but he plays the percentages wayy too much and always always places himself in situations where he cant possibly lose.
