Cotto and Pacquiao Tale Of The Tape.

Aren't they more evenly match than you expected?
Physically Pacquiao seems to match better with Cotto than Mayweather.
Mayweather is taller than Cotto and has a better reach advantage and is really building up as a 147 pounder while still looking rip.
Cotto is actually listed at 5'7" contrary to this tale of the tape and according to most sites including Boxrec.com
Plus Pacquiao should be more comfortable with the weight than ever before. If he fought hatton at 140 he only has to gain about 2 or 3 pounds more.

Although they might match up better just on paper it might be more of an evenly match for Pacquiao than fighting a Mosley or Mayweather. IMO, whats yours?

Very evenly matched that's why I'm a bit disappointed that Manny is not fighting him at 147. They were evenly matched until he ask Cotto to go down a few pounds. We already know how Manny performs at 142-144, which he carries brillantly, but we don't know how this will affect Cotto. This is where it could be disadvantageous for Cotto.

I always believed that you should lose a fight because you are at a disadvantage in skill, power, smarts or stamina, but never in weight, that's why they have weight classes. This is just my opinion.

Cotto is a secret cruiserweight though.

One day people will know the truth.

Well, according to some here, Manny is a heavyweight in a flyweight's body.

Seriously, I think Manny could fight Cotto at 147, no problem.

Yeah he probably could. I know the weight's mean't to be more significant in the lower divisions but Roach and Manny are getting a little too picky for my liking.

Most top rated boxers become picky after awhile. It's just a fact in boxing. You can say that they've earned it after beating everyone put in front of them. I always, say boxing is a business and if you could get the most **** for less buck, anyone in here would do the same.

I'm not one to judge. I'd fight women and children for a big pay day.

Wow, I really thought Pac's fist was way bigger. How accurate is that?

I thought so, too. But you know, pics can fool the eye sometimes. But if they can make a mistake on a fighter's height, I'm sure they can eff up a fighter's fist size, as well.
