Could JMM have threatened Wolf Ticket's camp with a lawsuit?

Okay guys, help me out. I think Juanita and Nacho gave in too easily to Wolf Ticket's camp as far as accomodating him with revising the original agreed contract regarding the weight limit for the fight(would a Floyd weighing 2lbs less made the outcome different, in my opinion, not really, but why else would Floyd go through all the troubles of doing a last ditch effort so he can just come in at a comfortable weight?).

The moment Wolf Ticket gave GBP & jmm's camp a call wanting to revise the weight limit, I would've played hardball with Floyd and threatened him with a f**kin' lawsuit for not meeting the weight limit stated on the contract, who knows how much $$$ JMM would've gotten out of a lawsuit and I would've made sure he worked off the last two remaining lbs, he could do all that juke n jive skip rope for all I care.

Yes, the reality of it is, both fighters would've lost a ton of $$$ if the fight didn't push through, especially after all the hardwork from both camps and promoting the fight.

But everyone was just looking at JMM's situation, that it is probably his last chance to see the kind of payday and he had no choice but to bend to Floyd's demand. Well, if the fight was cancelled, it wasn't just JMM losing $$$$, Floyd, who had a pending IRS debt at that time, probably needed the money moreso than Juanita!!

I'm not saying that JMM should've just sued Floyd and the hell with the fight, but, a lil bit of scare tactic via a lawsuit and a loss wages for Floyd and the possibility of putting a huge dissapointment on his coming out party, would've f**ked Floyd's plans as well.

Collateral damage would've been huge, especially on Floyd's side. Once again, the supposed accountant and his astute trainer f**ked up once more, just like when they turned down PAC's offer of $750k and chose $35k and ended up losing, lmao.

What kind of f**kin' logic do these South of the border folks have??

    JMM was there to fight.
Americans love their lawyers too much, everyone thinks someone owes them something.

That's true, but, JMM would've had a legitimate case!

Anyway, like I said, I'm not saying JMM should've followed through with a lawsuit, but he should've used it to threaten Floyd with it, that might've made Floyd think about it twice and instead of running his mouth, he would've done an hour of skipping rope and forced to run around the UNLV track for those two f**kin' lbs.
