Look all this ducking talk is weirdo sh^t most of the time no matter who's involved cuz as fans we don't see bts sh^t. We don't know what guys are getting paid, what guys can get paid in other fights, options if you win or lose sometimes, rematch clauses & details, etc & so on. This is a business at the end of the day, like it or not.

BUT if you are gonna engage in the duck talk as the fighter being accused of ducking you don't "no comment" the reason you aren't fighting. You need to stfu or if you speak about it you need to throw out a reason the fight didn't make sense that isn't ducking.

If thats the reason he's not fighting Shakur that will save him from some of the "duck ppl" but not all of them cuz Shakur fight was almost locked in from most accounts so he almost contractually walked out the ring like Curtis Harper to stop this fight from happening AND cuz some ppl will view Shakur as the better guy to fight to prove how good you are despite Tank being a bigger check.

So he can save himself from getting cooked by EVERYONE if he's fighting Tank in Dec or at least gets put on the comain in Dec with the ability to fight Tank in early/mid 2024 if he wins, but if he don't he's gonna get a buffet of sh^t talking coming his way daily for a long ass time from everyone not a Frank fanboy lol.

It’s about the money people!!! Just like Shakur turned down 25% to fight Haney, no one accused him of ducking. Well according to some Martin was offered $1 million and Shakur was offered $5-6 million. Martin would get about 17%. Maybe Man Down prematurely accepted the terms and once Al Haymon got involved they realized it was a crap deal. You know Haymon isn’t going to do Top Rank any favors like that.
