So fish eyes is now saying the quiet part out loud in a more cuddly way for DDD. - He quit and all this nonsense of appealing and calling for a rematch was just to take the immediate backlash from fans declaring he quit.

I wouldn't want to really criticise any fighter, because one's health is on the line in the ring, but he did kinda quit.

This time, it wasn't like he had a broken eye socket, but he was hurt, fatigued and mentally disheartened.

You can't be the heavyweight champion that way, gotta have mental toughness.

He doesn’t have the heart to tough it out when it gets ugly. You can’t teach that.

DDD needs to get a new promoter. If Frank’s position is that the punch was legal, STFU and focus on that. If Frank believes the punch was legal, then anything from rounds 6-9 is moot you fool.

Frank is only interested in Fury/Usyk in Saudi and it clearly shows.

Fish Eyes obviously thought his fighter got shafted. I understand that & give him a mulligan for his comments. It was a borderline shot & he thought Usyk milked it. I too wonder if he milked it but regardless of if he did or not he quit when the going got tough.

Fish Eyes has done everything he can to put Dubois in a position to succeed. He was clearly banking on Dubois to beat Joyce. Then he quit from the broken orbital bone. Warren gave him a mulligan as did I. The kid was worried about his eye. I get it as he doesn’t want to end up like Oscar Rivas or Owen Beck with retina issues. Worse yet blind in one eye like Calvin Brock.

Then Warren got him an easy WBA interim title fight with Bogdan Dinu. Then he got to beat up Kownacki’s recent conqueror followed by a WBA regular title fight against Trevor Bryan. He gave Dubois an easy path to a title shot. The Lerena cherry pick was almost disastrous as he took a knee THREE times before getting a Howard Foster stoppage. Ok he hurt his knee.

What is his excuse for Usyk? Yes the shot was borderline & Usyk played it up but it was quite clear that in the Joshua fights & this fight he does not like to get hit to the body by a HW. His kryptonite has been exposed so what does Dubois do? He mails it in & quits instead of going for broke & trying to land another big shot to the body.

He said after the fight he was disheartened by the “low blow” call. I’m sure that is what Fish Eyes wanted to hear out of his fighter. At some point I could see Warren cutting ties with Dubois. He has sunk a lot of time & money into his fighter only to see him take 5 knees in tough fights & quit twice.

DDD knew he didnt have the energy to do what he wanted to do. Usyk knows how to tire you out. He knew if he got up, hed have to try dodge Usyks jabs, but didnt have energy to. So he quit i guess.

WTF are you talking about. He has done everything to get Dubois into a the position he was in. Warren was clearly cheering for him to beat Joyce. Then he got him a WBA interim & Regular title fights against Dinu & Bryan. Gives him a cherry pick fight vs another former CW southpaw in Lerena which almost turned into a disaster. Then he quits against Usyk after hurting him with a borderline shot. Where was the fire? Where was the killer instinct? He should have gone for broke & tried to land some more shots to the body instead he sulked & mailed it in. I would say maybe it is Warren who should cut ties with Dubois after all the time & money he spent on him. He even gave him an easy road to a title shot after the Joyce fight. Joyce fought Parker & Zhang.

Why? DDD fought for World title and Frank made it possible. Frank can not fight in the ring instead of DDD.
