  • Comments Thread For: Frank Warren Doubts Usyk Would Have Beaten Count if Knockdown Was Called

THE VERY ASTUTE Carl Frampton was right first time, if the rules were followed to the letter, we would now have a new unified heavyweight world champion. Instead, the excellent current champion remains on his throne, with his game challenger left to lick his wounds.

No way he could have, he was out of air, twitching and crawling on the canvas. Even if he was able to stand within the 10 count, Dubois would've rushed to land a load of punches, ones that no hurt fighter can take, because Dubois is definitely a very hard puncher. That is why Pabon ruled a low blow, this referee is scandalous, considering his past.

Frank should start talking about how well his fighter did and not about how robbed his fighter got.

As I’m sure many have pointed out here, the punch was an uppercut, goes from low to high in other words. If you look at the frame where the punch ends, it still appears low but there is probably enough wiggle room there to give the whiners half a cause. However, if you look at the frame where the punch starts, where the glove makes contact, at the exact moment Usyk’s trunks move, the punch is absolutely indisputably low.

Legal shot. However theres really no way to tell what Usyk would have done had the ref started counting. As he should have

Legal or illegal... I don't care. DDD is pu***, he gave up. Usyk won all rounds. DDD had no chance against Usyk.
I really don't understand why people think DDD will come back and achieve something in the future, he quit!! No heart at all.
