The 10 count is not 10 seconds (but being up within the 10 count, even on 10, means you are up), Dubois was hurt and tired, but wasn't out. I am not saying he would've won, he was losing on points, but the stoppage was a bit forced. Anyway, for a big percentage of the fans, this fight will be forever controversial for multiple reasons. What's left to see is the outcome of the appeal.

Thats true. I think Dubois tryed to recover himself a little by taking a full 9-10 sec count but then the ref waived off the fight immediately. Yeah Dubois was tired and hurt but not like he was really destroyed. That uppercut landed on the waistband/navel of Usyk;s trunks and Osyk was bent.

I'm curious if Dubois is actually passionate about boxing or if it's just a career choice due to having some ability. It's plausible he's been pushed into boxing and displayed a good level of aptitude but mentally he's not committed to the sport.

About 6 years ago I read he's not even best boxer in family his sister's better? But ddd has looked like world beater fighting bums. He looked ok against Joyce until being stopped.
Often someone can make you think they can go all the way to the top, and it's not until they fight elite you find out. Ddd might just fall short but he's nearly there

you're basically describing the American HW hope Jared Anderson, his heart is not in boxing, just wants to make a quick buck. Don't know why any fan would follow his career closely, when he's probably another Dubois.

Zhang is right about DuBois.

Unfortunately Zhang is a fat lazy bum too. He was so out of shape for the Jerry Forrest fight he literally almost died of organ failure. I weep for the state of the heavyweight division.

I think Zhang dispelled any thought that he does not have endurance. Something was clearly wrong in the Forrest fight. Not hard to see compared to his fights before and after. I guess you are gonna chalk to Joyce fight up as Joyce was never that good?
