Lubin's been fighting at a higher level than Ramos for years. Seem to remember an article where Mendoza said he was ill prepared for his fight with Ramos but when he prepared properly he was able to get his recent victory streak going.

I've been watching Ramos for all his fights. I think he has what it takes to go all the way to the top. I think he'll be too much for Lubin.
