    Pipino was only 25

I just read that Pipino Cuevas was only 25 years old when Roberto Duran knocked him out in 4, essentially ending his career. I had no idea he was that young. He made 11 title defenses and then got KO'd by Hearns before he was 24. WOW!!
Watching tapes of his fights, I'm suprised he made one title defense let alone eleven? He looks like a robot...........

was cuevas in consecutive losses to hearns and Duran, I think he was one tough SOB, but the hitman & the hands of stone was just too much for him...

Pipino has crippling power in his left hook. It took him as far as it could. That was a crushing defeat that Hearns gave him and I seriously doubt that he was ever the same after that.
