I can't recall Tua ever really look like being stopped. Ibeabuchi, Lewis, Rahman, Ruiz, Oquendo, Moorer, Izon, Maskaev, Byrd & Sullivan is a fairly solid list of fighters to have stepped into the ring with and not once have I seen Tua in trouble of being stopped.

you right officially he hasn't. The knockdown against Rahman should of counted. The punch landed right before the bell. But, that neither here or there. I look at Tua fight with Lewis and Tua didn't go ballz out in that fight. He fought kinda timid from the get go. While Arreola against Vitaly was always pushing it going forward. Was taking a lot punishment. But, kept on going which showed heart and chin. Tua with Lewis to me, IMO looked like Tua did not want to take any punishment and was ok with just staying at the outside and getting shut out.

actually the bell had already rung for a good 2 seconds and was still ringing but then again tua was still throwing punches as well so seems fair to me.

harold lederman "i think he knocked him down!"
jim lampley "harold it was after the bell"
harold lederman "but but he hit him!"

                wrong.

tua did try to go after him in the beginning.

lewis was just too good and discouraged tua.

eating right hands from a super heavyweight atg does that to you.
