    Crawford resume is underrated

Crawford’s biggest wins were all undefeated when Crawford broke them and provided the blueprint to others. These fighters were never the same physically and mentally after fighting Crawford.

Gamboa- Undefeated, ducked by Mikey, and considered a Top 5 P4P fighter at the time Crawford dropped him 4 times and stopped him in an unbelievable war. Many years later a completely shot Gamboa lasted to 12 rds with Tank.

Postol- Undefeated, stopped Matthyse and Aydin, ducked by Danny Garcia. Crawford took his soul and his love for boxing.

Indongo- Undefeated, considered a very good fighter before Crawford broke his body to unify 140.

Felix Diaz- Olympic Gold Medalist, got robbed against Peterson. Crawford stops him and he was never the same.

Horn- Undefeated, coming off close fight with Pac-Man. Crawford makes it look easy stopping him.

Benavidez- Undefeated, Crawford finds a way to chin him.

Kavaliauskas- Undefeated, Crawford cracked his code and exposed he doesn’t like pressure.

Spence- Undefeated, Crawford breaks him and makes it look easy.

Other wins like Burns, Porter, Beltran, Dulorme, Lundy, Khan, Brook etc are not bad wins either.

Gamboa, Postol, Indongo, Diaz, Horn, Kavaliauskas, etc would all go on to lose by KO in their next fights, but it was because Crawford broke them mentally, took their confidence and desire, and provided others the blueprint.

Crawfords resume is actually very good upon close inspection, he is a special fighter.

    Yes it is.

Too many people evaluate a resume after the fact. The resume is when they fought, not how the guy looks 5 years later.

Doesnt mean Crawford has a resume that is equal or surpasses boxers from earlier eras.

I very strongly disagree with anyone saying his resume is trash.

His resume has always been solid. If you look at rankings like Ring, TBRB, a lot of the guys he beat were top 10 if not top 5. He was just missing that signature win, which he now has with Spence.

Made a similar thread back in 2019. Funny reading some of the comments from the guys sh***ing on Bud, they’re eating crow now.
