Tito is definitely not the fighter he used to be. In his prime he dominated a KO'd a much younger and fresher Buitrago, now Buitrago is an old, faded journeyman and Tito is getting caught with a bunch of clean shots
UD win for Tito, but he looks very faded to me, not sure going back to 108 is the answer at this time of his career. TBF, I thought he beat Cordova and got robbed but I think he's probably dog food for the top 10 guys at this point. Maybe put him in with Hector Flores, Mex/PR fight that would be all out war

Actually, **** it, do a rematch with Elwin Soto, should have thought of that before. Tito was way up on the cards when he lost his mind and went for the KO in the 12th only to get stopped. Soto has lost a few times now since that fight, so they both could use that matchup
