Because of boxing politics. Every fighter you mentioned has fought under the TR banner. I have a question for you. Why is all the pressure on Tank to make the fight and none on Loma? Loma is the one held in higher regard as a fighter so why does he get a pass? We never gave Floyd, Manny, or Canelo a pass. Usually the greater the fighter the more pressure it is to make the best fights.

He's coming off a loss. His best win was Rigo." If Loma beats Shakur then he actually becomes an appealing opponent.

I don’t know that. I know Loma has TR and the biggest sports network in America behind him so why hasn’t his team made any kind of serious offer. Just because you think Loma is the better fighter or will win the fight shouldn’t give him a free pass. In fact that should put more pressure on him because he’s regarded as the better fighter.

And ESPN is heavily invested in Loma and Ellerbe has said several times Tank isn’t leaving Showtime. I chalk it up to the business. Both sides have their own agenda and I can empathize because I used to have my own company. At the same time it’s the reason why I have fallen out of love with the sport of boxing. I try to support the fighters I like but I find myself caring less and less about the sport overall.
