The British board & UKAD have no consistency in punishing drug cheats. It seems if fighter has enough pull and financial backing, he's immune to proper punishment. Now is this due to the limited financial power of UKAD or just gross negligence?

I agree. UKAD just don’t have the finances to fund an expensive legal battle though. That’s why Whyte and Fury both got cleared.
