Charlo didn't start at 130 though, by weight standards, Canelo started his career at 140, 147,(most of his earlier fights were at 147, so let's say 147) and moved up, so Charlo who has been all his career at 154 technically might be bigger.....
That's fine but it's also about your optimal fighting weight. We can say Charlo might be larger but he has never competed at the highest level above 154 l and that's what really matters.
We don't know how he will perform with an additional 14lbs.
If bud jumps directly to 168 for canelo he would def take his first L but if he gradually escalates his real chances do as well , his body complexion is notable smaller than Charlos so it may not work the same way. Canelo-Charlo will answer a question or two on regards to this potential matchup, imo TC should immediately challenge Tim for the 154 belt as soon Mell gets stripped.

the ginger was fighting at 147-140 when he was a teenager, so actually he was probably a JMW back then, trimming down to 147-155
crawford would beat him, the gulf in skill is too much, this isnt mikey garcia going up to fight spence, this is an absolute top elite active fighter going up to box a plodder at 168 who has been beaten badly in the past by a welterweight and struggled at 154 at times too
... and since when did canelo care so much about what the fans think... guy has been fighting some real slop like yildirim, rocky fielding, john ryder but now he is worried about what the fans think of him lol
From 147 to 168 is an unrealistic jump. I mean it’s a wim-win for Crawford. Lots of money, and won’t hurt his legacy from 135 to 147, and soon to be 154. Lose-lose for Canelo.
