“I don’t see [Floyd] trying to give the game to the younger fighters because he’s a promoter now. I can’t give everybody the game if I’m one of them now,” Crawford said.

“It’s a business at the end of the day. So, if they made all this money on our backs as fighters and now I’m a promoter, I’m gonna do the same thing that they once was doing and just say, ‘It’s just the game of the business.'”
    Ruthless.

Respect to Crawford but at the same time you gotta know your worth. Dude isn't worth 30million. He was putting asses in seats and the ppv numbers against porter and postal showed that. But good for him to break away and beat a hypejob. Becoming a star in the process

Crawford is getting carried away with himself for beating up on a clearly physically affected Spence: the only fighter who looked as worn out and washed as Spence did before the opening bell was Povetkin when they dragged him off his COVID bed for the Dillian Whyte rematch.

Also, before he fought Spence, what fight did Crawford have that was so big that he “took a $5 million guarantee but left $30 million on the table”? The Porter fight? Jeff Horn? Amir Khan?

          Please.

Crawford is just talking right now to hear himself talk.

The best thing that could happen is for Spence to turn down the immediate rematch, Canelo to whip Charlo in such decisive fashion that there’s no appetite for a Charlo-Crawford fight and for Showtime to put pressure on Crawford to take a fight with Boots because it’s the most lucrative, realistic option for him.

And then for Boots to beat Crawford and put an end to all of this tireless gloating.

Nobody would fight Crawford. They couldn't draw gates with those that would. What was Top Rank to do? Finally he gets a couple of good fighters and he whoops the heck out of them. Kudos to Crawford. He deserves all the praise.

Wow, now boxingscene is publishing articles claiming that Crawford is aligned with Al Haymon and PBC. This is a straight up lie y’all. Terence Crawford had a fight with a rematch clause with a PBC fighter. Thats it thats all. Don’t listen to this hogwash. What they meant to say is that boxingscene just like Fighthype is aligned with Al Haymon and PBC. Get it right…
