Would the result have been different if they fought before the accident? We will never know but Spence was outclassed by Crawford when they did fight. All the speculation is a moot point. Bud talked the talk and certainly walked the walk! Great performance!

Spence looked great up until Bud hit him with a really stiff jab and busted his face. Then after the first knockdown he had no clue what to do. His fundamentals were being eaten up by Bud's superior ring IQ, speed and power.

He tried until the final bell, and he hit Bud with a few good shots, but they did nothing. Spence just never fought anyone near as good as Bud.

Being in a accident breaking multiple bones, eye surgery, and being at a weight all your career ( weight drained) will do the trick.... Not taking anything away from Crawford ( he did what he needed to do) but everyone is making it seem like this win was more than it was...
