There's a lot to love when it comes to the overall game of Errol Spence Jr. His jab was ostensibly his best weapon. Strong, thudding, and most importantly - consistent. His defense wasn't praised as the sharpest but more than good enough to avoid huge shots from landing cleanly. While he may have a terrific set of skills, Spence's best attribute seemed to be his chin.

His chin? Lol more like his whole body but that not excuse for the outcome. ESJ felt ready enough to sign contract ,unfortunately things didn't go his way ,he lost to the better boxer and that all there is to it.

He chin looked solid, he took a lot of power shots the whole night and was stopped on his feet. People underestimate Crawford's power, if Spence had a bad chin he wouldn't have taken so much punishment, he would've been out of there early.

it doesnt really matter whether before or after the accident.

his style of fighting was just tailor-made for crawford

spence just knows less about boxing than crawford did.

spence said that he was gonna win because he's bigger and more powerful

Linares knows first hand as someone who had an iron chin himself until a dreaded car crash one fateful night.

Crawford is a better all around fighter, although the rumors of heavy drinking, if true can definitely have an impact. No excuses though, Bud is the man!

I can’t respect the people that are kicking Spence while he’s down but were groupies when he was on top. Nobody was talking crap when Ugas landed flush shots on him but Spence never went down. Now all of a sudden he takes a bad beating and they’re calling him washed up. Just wait for the comeback and don’t get back on the bandwagon when he regains his glory.

Spence said he was affected by the car accident and doesn’t have much time left, well before the Crawford fight was even negotiated. He said this right after the Ugas fight. He hasn’t talked about it after the Crawford fight though. So it isn’t his excuse, just something he acknowledged with or without the Crawford fight.

Spence beat a prime Danny Garcia after the car accident. It think he was 100% after the accident.
