I'm not sure about that.. Charlo is a big dude. And I'm sure I'm going to get a ton of hate from the Crawford fans, while I do respect Crawford finally stepping up and beating Spence convincingly, I'm not totally convinced about that win. I've been saying for long time that Spence has been struggling lately to make 147 because he's in his 30s now and has been at that weight his whole career, and once you get older, it's way harder on your body to make the weight. I personally think that Spence looked drained at the weigh in and when I saw him, I had a feeling that Crawford was going to k.o him. I even made a comment about it on a post. All that said, by no means I'm I saying Spence would beat Crawford at 154, while I do believe Spence would have a better showing, winning is a whole other story, I do believe Crawford would not stop him at 154, it would most likely be a decision win. With all that, my point is that I need to see Crawford beat the likes of Ennis or just other top guys who are not weight drained, and I do believe Spence was drained because of the way he lost, his legs weren't there, he was slow and lacked power, all indicators of being drained, I mean you're not going to tell me that guys like Burns, Postol, Benavides, ect ect, who Crawford didn't stop are better than Spence, that performance by Spence was pretty clear of a guy who's body said, this is to much, eat something.... If Crawford goes up to face Charlo, we can see the same case playing out with Charlo who has been at 154 his whole career and the fact that he's going to pack on weight for Canelo only to trim down again, that takes a toll on your body, especially when you're in your 30s.

Charlo would beat him. I saw the Crawford Spence fight from the stands and didnt see the fight on TV yet. What I saw was different from what the broadcast showed I think, because I saw him winning but not as dominant as everyone's been saying. I guess I couldnt see Spence face puff up or whatever cause I was medium distance from the ring. And no announcers to sway my opinion. I saw a back n forth fight that favored Crawford who looked stronger and better but not dominant despite the ultimate stoppage. I love Crawford and expected him to win, he's ATG but he looked like he moved slower than in the past. I cant see him as unbeatable. I think Boots takes him out , and as for him moving up to Charlo I think he'd be jumping the shark.Last edited by Wacked_Out; 08-17-2023, 01:43 PM.Comment

Charlo ate a lot of clean shots against Castano, but he's bigger, faster and more explosive than Errol by a good bit. Bud is clearly the more skilled guy. It's a good fight.
I really don't think Jermell is going to boil back down to 154 after Canelo and I don't think Bud should wait around either.Comment
