Comments Thread For: Gervonta Davis' Trainer Warns That Kambosos Wouldn't Last Many Rounds

I have never thought much of Kambosos as a fighter but still have respect for him. What i do not care for is when a trainer runs his mouth and literally guaranteea what their fighter will do to the other fighter. I'll pick Gervonta any day over Kambosos but I'll also say categorically that Kambosos does not get stopped as early as Calvin is predicting.
He is sounding a bit like Teofimo's dad and we know how that ended.Comment

There’s no way George poses a true threat to Davis. He got touched plenty of times by Haney and Hughes who don’t punch as hard as Davis. If Davis starts cracking him it’s over. George looked terrible in his last outing but I also don’t want to discredit Hughes. He was not coming into lay down. George should focus on staying active and fighting once more this year and than again in early 2024 to get some sort of momentum going again.Comment

No one wants to see that fight! I can't wait to see what happens when the WBC starts making calls for Shakur! Who going to accept the fight? Tank vs. Shakur is the BEST fight available for 135, but I guess that won't happen until Shakur gets his WBC title shot! I actually think the BEST fight Tank could make right now, is Teofimo Lopez @ 140!
If Haney leaves 135 do the dual titles at that weight disappear and Davis then become WBA World Champion?
He's then be due a mandatory which probably won't be Stevenson.Comment

If Haney doesn't vacate at 135, won't the wba be forced order that overdue regular -super consolidation fight with Davis?
