height is meaningless, there are styles for shorter fighters.

there are weight classes, if he is shorter but weighs the same or more then he has more muscle mass.

He is short and small. Any fight at heavier than LMW is challenge for him.

Well I remember the weigh in, but they could be the same height. Canelo has his height as 5'8" or 5'9" and Cotto's is listed as 5'7" or 5'6" but Cotto and Pacquiao are the same height and Pacquiao is 5' 5". Mayweather and Pacquiao are the same height but Mayweather is listed as 5'8"
