Not really, they both had iron chins but if anyone's chin gets cracked, it would be Mercer's IMO, don't see a knockout happening in this fight really, it has close decision written all over it.

I don't really see this fight becoming a brawl, Mercer liked to come forward for sure but he did it behind his jab and could box behind it which I think would win this fight for him, the fight would have spurts of savageness but I don't see it being another Tua-Ibeabuchi or anything like this. Mercer had one of the more underrated jabs of the 90s, only Holmes really managed to outjab him at his best.
