  • Comments Thread For: Subriel Matias: "Devin Haney, I Want To Fight You"

Becoming a world champion seemed like a far-fetched idea for Subriel Matias. Not because he wasn't talented enough but simply because the world titles at 140 pounds were all tied up.

Devin Haney will NOT take that fight. Matias wouldn't flinch from any of the punches coming at him. Way too risky.

So now that two current world champions that Matias has called out, Prograis, and Haney. Let's see which one of them will be the first to have the nerve to face him.

Matias should be more active. Somebody might reply that the top guys wont fight him. Then go make the fights you can in the meanwhile. I would like to see top guys face him, but i also think he is wasting time.

Matias would be my favorite to unify all the title.

Only Haney has a chance to beat him and imo its slim. Matias might ko him late.

He ko’s prograis and Teo before round 8.

I don't enjoy watching Devin Haney fight, but he's going to look like a superstar against Regis Prograis.

My answer would be somewhere between zero and none. With both zero and none being highly accurate, lol. He's too risky for the reward.

Teofimo vs Matias would be a fantastic pick 'em matchup IMO.

Prograis already said he was open to doing it - but that was before he looked terrible very recently.
