You nailed it - 90% of the PPV buys will be from UFC fans and Fury fanboys - neither of whom are necessarily the brightest crayons in the box.

It's shyte and even more so because fans are crying out for real fights in the heavyweight division with many decent fighters but they've all gone waiting and weak at the knee's for that 'pot of gold' as Joshua calls it...Frank Sanchez ..Anderson, Uysk, Fury , Wilder , Joyce , Joshua ,Zhang and Ruiz not a bad line up BUT there's nothing happening!!

I really don't think this will be a massive event, i'll check it out after its over perhaps but am not clamoring to see it. Its an obvious circus exhibition so it doesn't matter much in the scheme of the legitimate HW division.

Aw, Fish Eyes. "It’s a massive, massive, massive event; the biggest event out there that will break box office records.” One "massive" is ridiculous enough, but 3 is meth head level desperate.

"Saudi Arabia has all this criticism about it, but they are out there saying ‘This is our country’. Is it any different than when Roman Abramovich came to Chelsea or when the same thing happened to Manchester City."

Abramovich's assets ended up frozen on account of his ties to war criminal Vladmir ***** and was forced to sell Chelsea football club. With hindsight, there should have been a lot more questions asked about his ownership in the first place.

The two big issues with Man City are their flouting of FFP and the Abu Dubai ownership.

Neither are great examples. As Frank knows, this is sportswashing and he is complicit.

On top of of all that, it's a shlt fight and a shlt event that no boxing fan wants.

Cause its over 2 months away. The hype will build more during fight week thats how it works. There is def a big casual fam base interested in it. A lot of these mma fans are looking forward to it

Where are all the usual Fury advocates singing his praises? They are more and more quiet these days. Damn shame he wussed out of Undisputed.

"them" being all in sundry that benefit financially from the bout. And I do hold Tyson accountable for his ducking Uysk. I gave him a pass on fighting Whyte because it was a long overdue mandatory, I lost respect for him over Chisora 3 which was bull****, and this current exhibition should be a post retirement match, not a belt holding cash cow.
