Comments Thread For: Bob Arum: Inoue is a Tremendous Fighter...Probably Better Than Pacquiao Was

As if Naoya Inoue wasn't already in rarefied circles, promoter Bob Arum suspects the Japanese dynamo may be even better than one of his former distinguished clients. The 91-year-old founder of Top Rank Inc. was effusive in his praise for Inoue, in the wake of Inoue's startlingly dominant

Here we go again with that same line he uses. Floyd was the greatest ever until he left TR. So was ODLH. Look at almost how they wrecked Bud's career.

Talk is cheap especially from Arum. Pacquiao resume contains multiple hall of famers from Morales, Barrera, Marquez, Mosley, Cotto and Bradley. Let's see how Inoue's career ends before crowning him better than Pacquiao.

As much as I'm a Monster fan, this is laughable from Arum

Old Bobby promotes that is what he does with the fighters he has that he likes. if it comes out of a promoters mouth if could be less then honest or tainted with delusion. Then again it is only natural to want to keep the interest of fans on the fighters you have, His words do not detract from how good Ina is right now or how far he might go down the road. Pac is Pac will always be the Pacman Ina is still showing what he is and might be. Pac has packed it in ...........at least for now. Old Bob what did he say about pac helping out ? Interpretation "keep pack away from my guy" he might steal him away teach him some new tricks of the fight game. That is when a language barrier is good for old Bobby.........

Arum at 91 still with his opinions. He's often right but he should know even Inoue can be stopped. Pacquiao beat many hall of famers and won titles in 8 divisions.

Arum literally does this all the time .

Every time he has a new fighter, it's better than the one he had before ‍♂️

Watch him come out after Shakur's next fight and say that he is better than Terence Crawford

I had the same notion a couple of weeks ago watching Inoue, that he might be better than pacquiao was
