The only fight Cotto gassed out was against Margarito and Margarito was a big dude pressure fighter with one hell of a chin that might have had loaded gloves. I don't get all this gassed out talk.

In the Shane Mosley fight he got tired so he started running a bit, because he had no fire power left. In the Margarito fight he was actually in good shape, but the plaster body punches and being hurt and running away from the plaster got him tired. Perhaps as a result of the Margarito fight he was losing steam in the last rounds vs Clottey. Cotto also doesn't pace himself good enough to pick it up in the later rounds. In the Judah fight it was mostly cause of the blood that he couldn't breath well. He's surely to bleed again so he's in trouble.

funny you mention that i was having this same argument at work today these so called boxing fans keep saying how cotto has no stamina other then the margs fight which is questionable when did cotto ever completely gas out in a fight he has gone 12 rounds before and has mid to late kos on his resume. those guys hoping that cotto will gas in the pac fight will be very dissapointed the only time cotto has shown any signs of a stamina issue was against guys who were bigger and stronger 2 things pac is not.

there was another fight that cotto was pushed to his limits as far on stamina and he finished strong at the end of the fight...with lovemore n'dou

That was also at 140 where he drained himslef to make weight.

Funny you mention that fight because the ones that talk the most **** have never seen it or never known that it even happened.

Exactly!..

another fight and "issue" people claim is that he's got a "suspect chin"..it's been less of an accusation lately..

but had they've seen the fight with Randall Bailey and seen the CANNON he unleashed on Cotto in I believe the 2nd round?..WOW..Cotto shrugged that **** off and kept it movin!..

Bailey is P4P one of the most powerful hitters in the game!!..but all they see is a wild right from Corley that hit Cotto in the temple..and a some flurries from a guy was was like 26-0-25 in Torres!..lmao!..
