    "This time Erik gave extra"

    03-16-05 - Esto

A very happy Jose Morales (Erik's Father) traveled to Las Vegas now that his son completed to the fullest his training for his eminent battle saturday against hard Filipino Manny "PacMan" Pacquiao.

Jose said that "After the 9 weeks of work that Erik put forth at the Otomi Ceremonial Center he feels calm without worry because this time he gave extra in his training. Before he would prepare 100 percent, but this time he prepared 120%."

The Manager recognizes that Erik trained like at the beginning of his career and says that gives him joy because he knows pacquiao is strong and dangerous opponent.

He also exclaimed: "Another thing that happened is that Erik himself eliminated the nutrionist team and the physical trainer and other people. We really are like how we started.

    About the fight he says:

"I have trust that my son will score a knockout before the 10th round. Pacquiao is very aggressive, but he isnt dirty; He is strong and brave."

"Manny has declared that he wont let my son rest and Erik has said the same and that he will come out from the opening bell with everything. So there is a 80% chance that the fight will end by KO, of course, in favor of Erik."

What happens in case El Terrible looses?

"That dont fit in my head, we are going to win"

What do you consider the most dangerous about pacquiao?

"His left cross, its a terrorific weapon. We have obvserved it many times by way of some videos. We have studdied his style a lot. So much that we even dream it".

I guess there is no more excuses for this fight. They're both coming with everything. Event lives up to the name. Thanks for the article.

Before Erik had a problem with a woman. Said it affected his fight with MAB.

Now he's dreaming of Pacman, I think that's terrible.

Which is fitting. If Pac looses, I can rest saying he was beat by the better man. He also prepared hard for this fight, so I know he's 100% ready, and well, if he comes up short, no shame in loosing to Morales.

No I don't. You can ask my father if you want, just like you asked Erik's father. That's should be fair.

i think morales knows how dangerous pac is and that is why he is trained so much more, a couple more days and we will see the training pay off, Morales 9th round KO
