There’s definitely something not right about him. He’s punchy asf, looked particularly out of it during the build up.

Lots of tests and scans can be done that can give definitive answers that are available to him, its his career and his life Im sure they will look at a lot of things.

I didn't watch any of the pre-fight talks. I hardly ever do, I'm just interested in seeing the training and the fights.
All the 'I am going to do this and that' 'I'm on a different level' stuff I just skip.

So I hardly ever heard Spence talking lately but just after the fight, when he was interviewed, I immediately thought that he didn't sound good at all and very punch drunk.
I thought maybe his mouth was just hurting but it now seems it's far more serious than that.

Those around Spence need to protect him from himself. This is the same guy that wanted to get in the ring with Pacquiao with a detached retina because he still had another good eye.

The way he speaks is clearly different. It's more slurred.

Someone mentioned it could be due to teeth implants from the accident, but I don't know.

He don't seem to be steady on feet and off balace. If being the best is important maybe those days are gone. If being journeyman is no problem and fighting bums then fight but fighting the best Maybe not good idea, your health is important

He should take a year off. He should not retire as he is still a threat to many other welterweights.
