One aspect some are not seeing. Spence couldn't use southpaw advantage.
Spence is used to fighting mostly orthodox fighters and enjoying his southpaw advantage. Just like some tennis players have advantages by being left handed.
Crawford also fought like a southpaw giving him angles and shots he wasn't so used to.
Spence was overrated imo. A talented weight bully that was never an ATG like some tried to paint him. No no. A good fighter yes but he faced a man that was vicious and a better fighter than him all day long. Spence indirectly complained about being drained and needing to fight at 154 next. Ok this is admission that you have been a weight bully for some time.
And this Crawford is better than Floyd. I don't care what you say it's what it is.
