What else could Crawford realistically do before he needs to retire because he's too old?

    jermell and boots

i think boots might end up being the next gen champ. if crawford beats him now he will get some credit but also people complaining boots was green or not peak. it will be like the mayweather canelo win. boots has really good offense, he leaves his hands low but cant really judge his defense because the guys hes fighting dont really press him much. He is faster than crawfod which crawford would have to deal with.

jermell is an easy win for him for 154.

could he actually go to 160 sure but he is also running out of time.

Heck, he could probably beat a drained Canelo at 160.
Bud could best Nell at 160. I'm sure of it, Nelo has fallen off ever so little. And Nell would be drained. But nobody expects bud to fight the strongest possibke.
But being a champ at 160 is tremendous but unlikely to make bud goat in reality. But it will make bud 5 division champ

As a long time sh/t talker of Crawford, he deserves his praise and he is now done something big again since beating Postol. Idk who else he can fight other than Charlo at 154 for all the belts. And like I said even when I was highly critical of him, Crawford beats Jermell.
He has to fight Stanionis next if he’s staying at 147. Only reason to stay at 147 (and pay the extra sanctioning fees) is for Ennis, but is Ennis worth it? He probably doesn’t bring much commercial value, and the fans will quickly forget what a monster he is after he gets KO’d and is never quite the same.

If he wants to try to unify 154, he has to do it now.

He hasn't beaten anybody to be TBE though. Spence was a weight bully with a thin beard. Smoke & Mirrors elevated Spence into something he never was. Case in point =--->

I still can't believe Ugas just stopped after rocking him so hard. the W was right there

yeah makes you wonder, i mean there is more money for everyone if spence won and spence was "supposed to" win. Also the ref didnt call that as a knockdown but the ropes prevented his fall from a punch so it should have been called a knockdown. So combined actions of Ugas and the ref let spence get the "expected" outcome here.

I don’t really rate Stanionis right now.

Stanionis is mandatory right now is what I mean. Crawford can’t fight Ennis next unless Stanionis steps aside or Crawford gives him the WBA.

He should just fight them both in the same night. I'm sure he'd be favored to win both fights.
