He can’t face the winner if Joyce vs Zhang 2, he has unfinished business w Braun Strowman. Strowman has won Universal Championship, Intercontinental Championship, Tag Team Championship, Money in the Bank, Royal Rumble and Battle Royal.

Zhang and Joyce have won only Oriental, Commonwealth and interim titles combined. Neither have ever won a battle royal or tag team match. Strowman is obviously the tougher match.
