So tell me and what better way for him to get that fight against Charlo other than staying with Al Haymon and the PBC in order to get that fight done?champion4ever likes this.

He signed a rematch clause; In the event that if either fighter loses, then they can exercise that clause.
Which is something Errol Spence plans on doing. I hate to inform you but you might as well face it.
Bud Crawford is with the PBC to stay because he has run out of options.
He has burned his bridges with Bob Arum and Top Rank by suing them for racism and Matchroom doesn’t want him either.
Oscar stable of fighters are very slim for Bud to make enough money from them. Therefore, he is stucked with AL Haymon and the PBC. Who can afford to pay him.

Crawford looked untouchable that was an amazing performance and solidified him as P4P #1 at the moment. He's a great counter puncher with power in both hands and he was basically landing at will. Spences defense was terrible he was leaving himself wide open every time he would throw his jab to the body and Crawford really beat him up, his corner should've stopped the fight after the 7th round he looked really slow and like he wasn't even mentally checked in to the fight since round 2.
I lost money on Spence but is what it is. I was going for him regardless because he's from Texas and he was the one pushing for the fight for a long time until it finally happened. I also thought he could actually pull it off, but Crawford proved he was superior and I don't think there should be a rematch as that was one sided and not worthy of a part 2 at least not yet.

Oscar has a very small talent roster of fighters for him to fight.
You're All of a sudden a Bud Crawford Fan?
First You said Bud wasn't ever gonna fight Spence
Then You had Spence to beat him
Now after Bud wins...
You're all concerned about Bud's contract with PBC & who wants him or not
Bud is his own boss
Why are you not concerned that your 2nd favorite fighter loss last night?
champion4ever I'm convinced just like Deontay Wilder you both have mental issuesLast edited by greeneye99; 07-30-2023, 07:36 PM.

What shocked me the most about this fight was how easily Crawford seemed to manhandle Spence in there, he was just so much physically stronger, literally ragdolled him. Which is surprising because fighters have mentioned how Spence is so physically strong.
Crawford has really filled out well at welterweight. I'd argue the lower weights were holding him back, his frame is fantastic for welterweight, doesn't look blown up at all, looks perfect at the weight.
Side note - Crawford has some damn tree trunk legs.
