    Sadly, Donaire didn't fight smarter, he simply fought...slower. No adjustments to compensate for his reduced speed and stamina.

    His left hook was mostly there, but not his timing. What's worse, he didn't have a proper coach. I'm afraid that his wife/manager is squandering the remaining time he has as a top fighter.

        Why are you still working?

        Donaire made a couple million dollar purses in his career, but the little guys make less. He usually fights for 150k or so.

        Donaire isn't even 40. He's going to be alive probably another 45 years. Needs to get all he can before he retires.
