A fighter could dominate and be unified, undisputed champion in flyweight through bantamweight and the boxing media and fans still wouldn't regard him as Top P4P fighter. It would more likely go to a "marquee fighter" at WW or MW because that's where the stars are.
i get you, but not of recent though. Chocalitito & Inoue are examples. ESPN had Inoue a top 3 P4P before he even fought Donaire

You think Horn and Avanesyan rank higher than Ugas and Danny Garcia? Comedy.
Danny has more press clippings. I'd favor Horn and Kaval over him at 147 but he wouldn't take the fights anyway. Ugas was being feed to Imir Imam and other prospects. Ok, Haymon salvage his career but he is no Erislandy Lara. Lets get that straight. As I said a press clipping resume. No way Mikey handles Diaz at 144.

Danny would beat Kava and Horn by UD at 147. You are delusional

Bud will be quickly forgotten when he’s done. Wasted too many years at Top Rank.
          His era lololololol

Stepping up weight to be champ in first fight in a new weight class isnt easy, it isn't necessary to fight pfp fighters whilst doing it. Just because bud for the 1st time is fighting a pfp fighter don't need to overate it's worth and value
Bud should try fight Tim tszyu at 154 at lmw in his 1st fight in his 4th division!

He's right. Spence arguably lost to porter.

                There's a big difference between stepping up 3lbs & 7lbs.

As of now Inoue has stepped up more lbs than bud has, and Inoue is smaller, so it's a bigger difference in relation to size.

Only 1lb more. Bud has beaten more undefeated champions/former champions than Inoue, Spence will be the 6th if he wins. Inoue has only beaten 2.

Donaire and Fulton are better than anyone Spence and Crawford has fought. Facts!
