It's all relative, its just that they gave him a tough fight they mightve felt to him as if they were great opponents. But maybe it's just reflection on bud not being that great

You could do well bud. You had 5 years at WW to prepare to fight Spence. Inoue fought Stephen Fulton in first fight at weight. Maybe one day when you best Charlo in your first fight at LMW, you might even be considered on Inoue level, rather than just on spence level.

How about Bud fights Tim Tszyu in his first fight at 154, Tim Tszyu isn't a pfp fighter and not as good as Stephen Fulton
