Boots has played the wait game and after Crawford vs Spence, he will be all alone at 147 because it is my belief that both of them move up. Him and his team never really wanted to fight anyone good. They just wanted to fight BS fights and act like everyone is ducking them on twitter. Teo REALLY wanted the Loma fight. Look at how he acted and things he did to get the fight.
