Fulton would be Inoue's best win to date imo and everything appears to be aligning for a full unification with Tapales, so undisputed by year's end for either guy is definitely achievable.

Yes, as I've just posted on another thread, to be able to put on a display like that against a fighter like Fulton, he is very very obviously the real deal.
