I also think Fulton will break down and win or take out Inoue! Fulton is a great pound for pound fighter and will prove it in this one. Great skill, ring IQ and size. As far as Boots, he's got great talent, speed and crushing power. I understand why will is avoided and I don't see the winner of Spence vs Crawford wanting to face him either.
