Most of the top guys are moving up to 140, Haney doesn't want to fight Stevenson, Tank's with Pbc and Loma's coming off a loss and wants a rematch (rightly so) with Haney.

Stevenson doesn't have any gold/leverage to entice a Loma fight right now. Who else is there? This is just Arum with his promoter hat on using other people's name to build interest and put more shine on his fighters.
