Waseem was scheduled to collide with former four-division world champion Donnie Nietes of the Philippines, on Saturday in Dubai. The vacant IBO bantamweight title was going to be at stake.

              A Dubai visa is one of the easiest to get. But I guess you cannot take a fight on a visit/tourism visa since it would be considered as 'work'.
