Marquez already ****ted on Margarito in one of his interviews awhile back. Barrera was backing Margarito until the autopsy confirmed it was plaster of paris.

If a man takes a shot at another man with a weapon, gun, knife, bat, whatever you want to use as an example, and gets caught attempting to do it again, would you consider him worthy of chance after having tried to seriously harm someone?

Loading your gloves is exactly that...it's using a weapon, and intending to do serious bodily harm to another athlete. No, in my honest opinion, no man should get a chance after having maliciously ignored the danger he could have put another boxer in, just to gain an advantage. It's unconsciounable, and to some extent, a criminal act. Luis Resto seriously disfigured Billy Collins Jr., an excellent young boxer who had his entire career ahead of him, and had a perfect record. His and his trainer's cowardice was enough to blatantly disregard Billy's wellbeing, and think only of the money they could make from the fight, He mauled Billys face and caused him permanent eye damage, and eventually put the kid in a state that caused him his life.

That scenario could have played itself out many times over with any of Margarito's opponents, and although I'm not saying he is 100% guilty, because of the solid lack of evidence of his pre Mosely fights, He is 100% guilty of attempting to put Shane Mosely in serious harms way. That's enough to go with an attempted aggravated assault charge, which in most of the United States and Puerto Rico, contrive at least 2 to 3 years Jail time.

He got off lucky, so he should count his blessings and stay the **** away from boxing. He may have talent, but now it's marred talent and questionable repute. That's how I see it. And I do respect any other opinion stating the contrary, because freedom of opion is your right under the constitution. Nuff Said.
