    Albert "The Dragon" Sosnowski

Whats your opinion on him? His record is 44-2-1, so he sounds like a solid contender. I've only seen him against Pianeta so far.

This the guy who beat Danny Williams right?
Hes poor,He beat a fat shot Williams who was looking past the fight for his fight in Egypt or some place like that.
Williams would beat him if they fought again.

He was nearly knocked out by Zuri Lawrence.

Zuri Lawrence, who is a decent, experienced journeyman without punching power, never came close to knocking him out, although he did land some good shots on Sosnowski. That was a close fight, I scored it a draw. The scorecards in New York (Julie Lederman, etc) were ridiculous, although Lawrence did win some of the later rounds.

Sosnowski is on the same level as Brian Minto and Chazz Witherspoon. He has an entertaining, aggressive style, but he falls short of world-class and is not a bona-fide contender.

Sosnowski is average at best. He is not as good as Minto or Witherspoon. Minto would destroy him and WItherspoon would outbox him. I'm not saying that either of those two are world beaters, but they are average at worst and Minto is an over achiever. I always thought Sosnowski and Golota should've squred off. I like to think that Sosnowski is on par with.......Gonzalo Omar Basille, ok maybe a slight step up. By no means a "Euro Bum" no that's Zoltan Beres or Vlado Szabo. Sosnowski is getting better now, but he blew any momentum in his clear loss to Zuri Lawrence. He didn't lose every round but didn't come close to drawing or winning either.

As others here have said, the guy is not that good. His record is quite padded.
