If Charlo were to fight Tszyu, it is very possible that he could end up not much better off than Tony Harrison, who once beat him, by the way. And Tszyu almost decapitated Tony. He had a broken hand that's for sure, the Canelo fight was a whisper for a while and that's why nothing was going to happen with that emerging, he was planning to fight this year, I cant prove it but a friend of a friend knows someone in that Gym and that's what I was told, I have no reason to doubt him he doesn't spin yarns.

I would fight Canelo since that opportunity could disappear, but also if I decided that Tszyu was way too dangerous to risk my titles. So I believe that was at least a part of the calculation, that Tszyu was too big of a threat

And there you have it. We all would have done the same, even if we are hurt, we would show up for the check. He either fight tszyu or vacate, after canelo. This might be a good thing for tszyu, canelo could soft him up for him. This question is for real, who have tszyu fought? Gausha, past his prime, Harrison? Ocampo?
