I came across this interesting article at max boxing.

Here's a quote from the article:

All of the fouling, clinching and grappling left both fighters too tired to do anything else but foul each other even more. Fitch struck with a head to the chin and Savarese responded with a good lace-thumb combo to the eye. In a clinch a few moments later Savarese attempted to bite Fitch on the neck and mushed his rival’s face when Salci pulled them apart. The wrestling was broken up only when Fitch fell to a knee along the ropes when Savarese d****d his torso over his back. Fitch continually used his head to work on the cut while Savarese attempted to apply an awkward reverse hammer lock that only pretzeled his own arm
