Roy Jones under Hopkins skin..advantage or disadvantage?

No one seems to get under Hopkins skin.
Clearly this isnt true with Roy Jones Jr.
Not to mention the added bonus of the KO.

Will it be an advantage or disadvantage in the rematch?

i think joppy did. they had a similar deal where if joppy didn't get knocked out he would get an extra 100k. probably just marketing scamola though.

They indeed had a deal exactly like the one you mention.

Hopkins paid up the 100K to Joppy after the fight, as well.

He earned every bit of it, IMO ; Bernard beat the living **** out of him in that one.

At this point of their careers, I don't think much gets under their skin, BUT, with the history of the two - sure it is getting to Hop even just a little. Advantage.

hopkins seems like a poised fighter so i think it would be a disadvantage.

It's a disadvantage for Jones, i.e. William Joppy

its a disadvantage, jones best chance of winning is by outworking and landing more on a unactive hopkins
if it goes too war,i cant see bhop losing

I'm going to say advantage. Hopkins is not a KO fighter, so if Roy has him looking for that knockout it will make it easier for Roy to box and make Hopkins look bad.
