Boots ain't dirty, he's a clean fighter. He's so talented that there's no need to be dirty. What Boots does is legal. He knows how to chop. When you chop correctly, it lands right behind the ear. It's a shot that isn't widely taught or used, but Ray leonard had it, and so did Ray Robinson b4 him. Archie Moore had it, Tim Witherspoon had it, Rid**** Bowe had it. It's a skill, just like any other punch. t could be his natural leverage and body mechanics, or Bozy could have actually taught it to him, or both. In any event, it's not really landing on the back of the head. People have yet to fully realize the brilliance that Boots applies to his craft.Last edited by archiemoore1; 07-15-2023, 02:01 AM.Comment

“I don’t know what y’all be watching but I get hit less than y’all favorite fighters,” said Ennis on his social media account.
Here's the thing.
There's a difference between leaving your chin open for hits because you can take the shot, and happening to get hit because your opponent got one off.
Let's take Sandor Martin. He was damn near landing at will on Teofimo. Is that Martin being that good, or Teo leaving himself open? I suspect it's the latter.
Crawford eats punches because for whatever reason, he can't deflect shots coming in. But he TRIES to block.
You clearly have some chin, but you've yet to face an uppercut specialist with power. That's the one punch I consistently see you're open for, right through the guard, when you start ****ing forward.
All some of us are saying is (and you admitted this) : YOU DON'T NEED TO TAKE PUNCHES AT ALL. YOU HAVE THE SPEED, MOVE YOUR HEAD.
Don't become the next Ruslan Provodnikov just because fans like that. They'll turn on you in a hot minute.Comment
