I did ride alongs for an internship. It’s true. For the overnight shift, DUI was like, hitting the jackpot. Was crazy. That was the ultimate goal.

They would tail a random car until the end of their beat or jurisdiction hoping to see an infraction that would warrant a pullover, which could then potentially lead to a DUI charge.

But the dude who was pulled over and said, “there’s a gun in here” was an idiot. Know your rights. Without a warrant, they can’t legally conduct a search. As long as the gun was out of plain sight, they never would’ve known about it.

To be serious, 1) unsafe lane change should not give rise to a vehicle search, unless the driver appears intoxicated, is threatening or aggressive, or is unlicensed. 2) why is Devin a "thug", because he keeps a gun close by? Well for starters this white racist MAGA moron has a thing called a concealed carry permit. I inquired as to what the law was and I made the effort to pay for and take the course so I'm COMPLIANT WITH THE LAW. Why is that so hard??
