Comments Thread For: Dubois: Usyk Has Been A Great Champion... Everything With A Beginning Has An End

Contrary to popular opinion, there is a reason that Daniel Dubois and his team pushed for this fight. Public reaction to his challenge of unified WBA, IBF, IBO and WBO heavyweight titlist Oleksandr Usyk suggests a one-sided rout in store for the Ukrainian southpaw. That level of doubt is perfectly fine with the current WBA 'Regular' heavyweight titlist who is confident that a changing of the guard will take place later this summer.

Dubois all the way. Unbeaten warrior. Losing to an injury in a fight he was winning is not a loss, just like Vitali did not lose to Lewis, he was beating him 6-0 in rounds, and a fluke cut does not change that. And Dubois was beating Joyce up outside of Joyce's tap jabs.

Dubois brilliantly fell down 3 times on purpose in his last fight to lure Usyk in, as he knew Fury and Usyk would not fight yet as Fury has even bigger plans, such as Ngannou, charity donations, and rekindling his friendship with his frenemy, Mr. Deontay Wilder. Dubois by stoppage inside 6 rounds. Nash out

Tell you what. Dubois is a plus 700 under dog. I’m betting him in this fight. That line is way off in my opinion. Even a $10 bet on Dubois will win $80 if he wins. I expect Usyk to be favored but not by that much.

The end of the face off was painful to watch with young Daniel developing a full on Frank Warren shoulder roll.
        I felt sorry for him.

The knee might feel ok but it's not been tested 100%. Plus youve missed a lot of training since the injury. But you can win, as usy k is human and he's only beat josh. Whose to say you wouldn't best josh?

Frank couldn’t even be bothered to put his slippers on and catch an private jet to the back end of Poland for his sacrificial lamb, bet he would of been balls deep in the snow if it was the Gypsy coward.

Instead sent his hype man Dev, Dubois and Don Charles on economy class to the back end of Poland, he probably didn’t even pay for them to get extra leg room on the easy jet flight. Poor old Dubois was probably squashed in the middle row with a screaming toddler to the left and a snoring pensioner to the right.

I hope Dubois doesn't enter the ring crippled like Maravilla. "I'm just here for the paycheck!"

Dubois needs to lets his hands go in the first few rounds and try to put it on Usyk.

Will Usyk dance all night, piercing you with razor sharp jabs, transforming your face into a sliced up loaf of roast beef?

Or will he put on a show for the Polish crowd and let his hands go until your body is laid out on the canvas?

                  ...
