Nah. Not when you see and hear things here.

Eimantas Stanionis Said This About Fighting Jaron Ennis!

    Stanionis in his own words:

Even after his 10th fight 3 years ago, Stan said yes when he was approached and asked about fighting Ennis. What happened? It's still a huge mystery considering nothing was going on with these guys' respective careers. Meaning, loooong before all these mandatory obligations were existing. Fight didn't materialize. Did Team Ennis change their minds of fighting Stanionis?

WBA is full of crap. Staniosis petitioned to fight Ugas as his mandatory and they let Ugas fight Spence with the agreement that winner fights Staniosis.
Staniosis then activated his mandatory to fight Spence and Spence, WBC petitioned WBA to block it so they Spence can fight Thurman as his 147 mandatory only to petition WBA again to fight Thurman at 154 and than they never fight. WBA should have stripped Spence but PBC fighters are protected.

I don't make light of a fighter's hospitalizations like you did with Ortiz....you win the insensitivity award by a long stretch.

I see Ennis and Stanionis as two guys who would fight anyone if asked. They take their craft very seriously; no BS from them, just are real fighters to the core. Hopefully Ortiz can find his center and his health and land in a good place in life one way or another.

With all due respect fellas...I'm sorry to hear about Ortiz unfortunate situation but as they say in show business... the show must go on... plain and simple. God willing, hopefully Ortix makes full recovery and gets back in the mix.

Why did Stanionis ended up fighting on the DAZN platform? Anybody have any explanation to this?
Ennis is not signed to al haymon. So even if he is fighting on showtime, he will not be given any PBC fighter worth a damn until he signs with haymon or is mandated by a sanctioning body, even this would not be a guarantee of a top PBC guy fighting Ennis. Shenanigans could still happen.

GBP petitioned the WBA to have Ortiz fight Stanionis. WBA ordered the fight, and GBP won the purse bid.

I realize that you personally are responsible for the cleanliness of Oscars testicles but you need a new hero. GBP is on life support. Ryan Garcia just lost via quit job and lost half of his earning power, Ramirez just lost baaaaadly to Bivol (I still can’t believe that you posted that this was a close fight) and isn’t a big draw either, Mungia has dodged quality opposition for years and isn’t a big draw either and their best fighter (Ortiz) has serious health issues and may never fight again. The rest are projects that are at least a couple of years away.

Honestly don't believe that Ortiz is ducking. Just unfortunate situation.
                      Hopefully Ortiz's health is alright.
Maybe the VAX ruined him, who knows?
