That's what I'm sayin. People that have trained for sports know when their body isn't playing ball (no pun intended).

The reason I STOPPED running track was that my knees stopped cooperating. I didn't just keep training for it, they told me what I needed to know. Which is STOP.

Ortiz needs to STOP. Retire. Take care of his health.

Bottom line: his body is failing him. He's young. There's no logical reason someone this young should have THREE body breakdowns like this. That's not overtraining, his body is failing him.
Hey ignorant, Vergil O does train harder than Floyd. The latter did train hatd but took many rests in between his hugging. He basically trained to not get hit and hug. Vergil train to be a non stop wrecking ball.

Yet Spence, who was in a legit wrecking ball-style incident, seems to be perfectly capable of fighting. What's that tell you?

Tells you that Vergil Ortiz's body is failing him.

Stay in denial all you want. You're a mark who doesn't care about the health and well being of these fighters.

160 might be better. There are no real monsters there. He will have plenty time to get acclimated to the new weight.

I'm sure Vergil trains much harder than the roided up Dwayne Johnson, especially when it comes to cardiovascular training.

Lmao you mean the Rock that I never even mentioned who uses PED's? Where the **** did I mention Floyd? I swear man you bitches are all apart of the same bunch.

Bottom line is if you like to watch male body builders that's your thing that has no place in boxing though they don't even train cardio like a combat athlete so the only mark is you and your entire bloodline.
